Our refund policy for workshops and boot camps lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can\u2019t offer you a refund or exchange. Furthermore, if you purchase a program within\u00a0 30 days prior to the start of a program such as a workshop or boot camp, there is no refund.\u00a0 Registration fees and Portal Access fees for one-on-one tutoring are not refundable; however, the session portion for pre-paid packages can be refunded for unused portions as long as the notification is made in writing via text at least 24 hours prior to the next scheduled session. Refunds for prepaid packages will convert the used session rate to the full rate. The balance remaining will be issued as a refund.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Refund requests must be made in writing to info@learningladder.biz. Once your return request is received,\u00a0 we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you have not received a reply within 48 hours, please call our office at 828-790-4357.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you\u2019ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
If the item wasn\u2019t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
